Pregnancy is a challenge for every personal trainer! Pregnant women should take some precautions but that doesn't mean stop training. There will be many changes that will make you adjust your client’s whole session. We know it, so that is why we have incorporated Ante Natal & Post Natal courses to No1Fitness Education to make you Feel more confident training future moms.
This course will provide you with the skills and confidence to deliver safe and effective exercise programmes for future moms or women who have recently had a baby.
You will benefit from having the knowledge to teach exclusive classes for this population group creating single sessions or even mixing classes to increase your income. This course will teach you about how to plan and deliver effective exercises programmes for antenatal and postnatal clients.
Lessons will include:
How to plan and teach antenatal and postnatal sessions.Benefits of exercise during pregnancy for the mum-to-be
Physiological and anatomical changes to the body
How to identify cases when exercise and activity recommended.
How to maintain client’s safety and respond to an situation.
